This is a good option for those whose allergic reaction is primarily nose based and not so severe that requires an oral prescription strength treatment.

Directions / How to Use
Blow your nose gently, aim the spray tip slightly away from the center of your nose and press down on the spray pump while breathing in gently. Follow the instructions on the label for how often to use.
