Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

All sales and payments made on, through or regarding the Site, the App and/or your User Account are final, irrevocable and not subject to or eligible for a refund. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you understand and acknowledge that JackHealth reserves the right, but not the obligation, to provide credits, refunds in the following circumstances:

• We do not generally offer refunds on orders once a medical consult is booked.

• As a courtesy, we offer refunds for patients who are not eligible to receive a prescription for the products we sell, with the exception of any program that requires testing, such as HRT, menopause, longevity11 with it’s bundles and Weight Loss.

• In some cases, a patient may realize after paying for an order that they have insurance coverage, and would rather the pharmacy to bill their drug plan directly. We would then refund the balance on any insurance remittance.

• In some cases a customer may choose to change dose or quantity after trying the medication or consulting with the doctor – price and product adjustments will be made to reflect the new price of the product prescribed.

• There are no refunds on medication, once it has left the pharmacy, with a tracking number to the valid address you provided during checkout.
