Once your clinician approves your prescription, it is typically processed within 24–48 hours. Your prescription is fulfilled through one of our licensed partner pharmacies. To ensure patient safety and medication accuracy, every prescription goes through a pharmacist review and dispensing process before it is prepared for shipment. Once the medication is ready, the partner pharmacy will securely package and ship your order with discreet delivery and tracking so you can monitor its progress to your door.

We double-check what’s covered for you before processing payments, so you know upfront how much the program will cost. Any consults with our experts, like dietitians, outside of the baseline care of the program will often be covered by your insurance.
