As a Registered Nurse first, I look at the whole picture — your symptoms, your history, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and whether options like hormone therapy are worth discussing with your provider. Real change takes time, so I work with women through a structured coaching program rather than a one-off visit. Our first session lays the foundation; the follow-ups are where the accountability, troubleshooting, and progress happen.
Lifestyle changes and hormone therapy aren't competing approaches — when appropriate, they often work best together. My job isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you understand the evidence and apply it to your life, alongside your healthcare team.
