Diarrhea can be an embarrassing (but normal!) side effect of weight loss medications. Dehydration can also occur with diarrhea causing fatigue, so it is important to rehydrate with a balance of electrolytes to replenish missing nutrients!
To manage this group of side effects this kit includes:
Loperamide
Oral Rehydration Salts
How To Take
Loperamide: Take one or two tablets after first episode of loose stools, then repeat with a second episode of loose stools. Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Oral Rehydration Salts: Dissolve one packet in 500mL of water as needed to rehydrate
