Relaxa works with the water in your body to provide effective relief from occasional constipation. It helps to retain water in the bowel to soften and hydrate stools and increase the frequency of bowel movements. Relaxa provides a gentle experience and doesn’t cause certain side effects, such as bloating, gas or cramping.
Relaxa is a powder in a convenient single 17g dose sachet. The powder dissolves easily in eight ounces of water, fruit juice or any other beverage (hot or cold). Stir and dissolve the powder, then drink.
Most people experience a bowel movement in as early as 24 hours and up to 72 hours after a dose.
If you take this drug on a regular basis, take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and take it after your next bowel movement. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.
Store at room temperature and in a dry place. Do not store in a bathroom.
Keep all drugs in a safe place, out of reach from children and pets.
Do not take if expired. Dispose through a drug take-back program if it goes unused or expires.
Remember, this medication is just for you. Side effects can occur, but not everyone gets them.

Relaxa is specially formulated to avoid provide a gentle experience and avoid bloating, gas or cramping.
Restoro is contraindicated if you are allergic to any component of the formulation or if you have a known or suspected bowel obstruction. Also if you are experiencing any concurrent fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or bloating – do not take Relaxa until talking to a healthcare provider.

How to get your prescription:
Once your kit is ready you can either pick it up at our on site location (75 Montpelier St, Brampton, ON., L6Y 6H4) or have your medication delivered monthly to your home for free. We ship across Canada to all regions except for: New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, and Yukon. Once your order has been processed, you’ll be provided with a tracking number and can expect your delivery within 2-5 days.
How to get a refill:
If you require a refill of your Relaxa, you can email the pharmacy team at pharmacy@jillhealth.ca, or by reach them by phone at 905-291-7970 to request a refill. Please do so 1 week before your next refill is due to ensure you receive your medication on time.

Relaxa During Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
Relaxa is not recommended when you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Relaxa and Alcohol
It’s best not to drink alcohol while you are taking Relaxa. Alcohol can make you more likely to experience dehydration, sleepiness, dizziness or difficulty concentrating.
