HOW TO TAKE

Dimenhydrinate: Take one tablet every 4 hours as needed for nausea

Oral rehydration salts: Dissolve one packet in 500mL of water as needed to rehydrate

Calcium carbonate: Chew 1-2 tablets as needed after meals
